School ALERT System was an enthusiastic sponsor in the first annual Washington Educator’s Conference held on October 21-22, 2013.
The Washington Educator’s Conference was sponsored by:
- Association of Washington School Principals (AWSP)
- Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI)
- Washington Association of School Administrators (WASA)
- Washington State Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development (WSASCD)
The Washington Educator’s Conference was a two day event specifically aimed at Washington state educators including: superintendents and central office administrators, principals, assistant principals and other building-level administrators; and teachers and teacher-leaders. This year’s conference theme was “Engagement: Shaping the Education World” and included speaker topics covering technology, teacher/principal evaluation, Common Core and Smarter Balanced.
School ALERT introduced its new software and app technology and that helps schools facilitate emergency lockdowns and additional emergency procedures in accordance to their school policies and state mandates. School ALERT had a booth where we were happy to hand out product information and discuss the robust safety and lockdown features of this simple to use system. There were many inquiries and lots of great conversations with school and facility administrators.
School ALERT was happy to par-take in this first annual event and we were excited to exhibit and share School ALERT with educators and facility administrators. School ALERT is a simple to use yet robust safety enhancing application that is surprisingly affordable! Contact Us to find out more.
