The 2013 Annual WSSDA Conference was held Wednesday, November 20th – Saturday, November 24th in Bellevue WA. WSDDA (Washington State School Directors Association) hosts this annual event to share, teach and inform school board members, directors and superintendants about opportunities, issues relating to school policy, personnel, finance, curriculum and communications. Sessions, workshops, speakers and exhibitors are available to inform about new strategies, ideas and products that may be applicable and beneficial to schools.
School ALERT System was an exhibitor at the conference this year and ALERT-Co-Founder and Rainier School District Superintendant Tim Garchow lead a presentation addressing School Safety and the requirements of the new SB 5197. School ALERT was discussed as well in regards to its features to promote school safety and also adhere to Senate Bill 5197.
School ALERT System had a vendor booth at the conference to pass out information and answer attendee questions regarding provided ALERT services and its functionality. We conversed with many school members and directors and enjoyed interacting with them and discussing School ALERT and its low and cost saving price points!
Reminder: If you stopped by our booth and signed up to learn more about our special WSSDA Lease Option Offer – please contact us soon to secure your spot. Only 70 lease options are available and 5 have already been filled. This is a limited time offer for WSSDA conference attendees.
The WSSDA Conference had many great innovative school products and services and presenters and speakers shared a plethora of school related information, suggestions, ideas and the sharing of first hand experiences and expertise.
We look forward to next year’s 2014 WSSDA’s conference!
